Cabin Crew Training
Cabin Crew training School (CCTS) was started in the year of 1963 to train the cabin crew of the airline. In 1985, to centralize all trainings it was shifted to Central Training Establishment built in Sullivan surroundings at Hyderabad. CCTS has so far trained approximately 3000 cabin crew. The objective of CCTS is to train and transform young girls and boys into confidant, polite and efficient young ladies and gentlemen, capable of making passengers feel comfortable during the flight and to handle all kinds of emergency situation in the Aircraft.

CCTS has highly qualified and experienced instructors approved by DGCA / BCAS to impart Safety and Emergency Procedures Training (SEP Training), Aviation Security, First Aid with faculty members experienced in the field. Two state of the art class rooms with all modern training aids, an Airbus A 320 survival mock- up attached to swimming pool and a beauty clinic are available for conducting classes, emergency drills, cabin service practice and grooming practice. All emergency equipments used On-Board, AED Training Dummies for First Aid Training are available for hands-on training.
Minimum age is 18 years:

Basic educational qualification for cabin crew is intermediate (+2). Normal Vision without glasses is needed. The Minimum height required is as follows: Female 154.5 cms Male 163 cms.

Many Domestic and International Airlines including Airindia may have their own policies with regard to the Height and other qualifications required for their cabin crew. The weight is normally propionate to the height as per the Medical Chart.
The Training is helpful for the Candidates aspiring to make highly rewarding career as cabin crew. Airlines prefer to recruit trained cabin crew. Existing Airlines and New Airlines have the option of training their cabin crew by us or they can select the cabin crew who undergone cabin crew training with us. This will help to kick-start their operations and save high investments in infrastructure, time and efforts for the required approvals.
Subjects:
Initial- General Technical, Introductory Crew Resource Management, General Duties and Responsibilities, Aviation Security, Dangerous Goods Regulations, First Aid and Flight Safety along with one Aircraft visit.
Duration: 22 days & 2 days for Exam and Viva.

Type Training- Airbus A-320 Technical training along with 3 aircraft visits, Type Crew Resource Management, A-319 Differences training along with one aircraft visit and A-321 Differences training along with one aircraft visit.
Duration: 13 days & 2 days for Exam and Viva.

For Existing cabin Crew absent from active flying duties from 3 Months to 6 Months.
Duration: 2 days with one aircraft visit.

This is mandatory training for existing cabin crew every 12 months to keep the recency. It is beneficial for the airlines with same fleet as they can outsource their training needs.
Duration: 4 days

For existing cabin crew absent from active flying duties from 12 Months to 18 months.
Duration: 5 days with 1 aircraft visit.
