Management Training Center (MTC) was established in 1975 at Safdarjung in New Delhi and was relocated to CTE, Hyderabad in 1989 as a Human Resource Development Center for all levels of Officers and Managers of Air India. The focus of MTC is on nurturing and developing ‘Human Capital’ through Knowledge Generation, Knowledge Dissemination and Capacity Building activities.
